Transaction Process

1. Please send Email to our Email address sales@danyanghk.com to inquire the price and shipping cost.
Note: please provide the Model No. and amount of the item you can, and the shipping method you want us to send your cargo out. Usually UPS/TNT/DHL/FedEx will take 3-4 days to reach your city, the cargo will be sent to your house directly, no need to clear customs and pick up the cargo yourself. If by air it will takes one week for the cargo to reach your air port. If by ocean, it’s usually inexpensive, but it is suitable for large cargo. And when the cargo reaches to the ocean port, you need to clear the customs and pick up the cargo by yourself.

2. After we made simple agreement of your order, we will send you pro-forma invoice with our company bank account together. Then you can let your accountings to send the payment to our account, now we take 3 methods to receive the payment:

(1) By Paypal. We will charge 5% extra Paypal fee.

(2) By western union, by this method you can get a discount of USD15.00 which equals to a bank transfer charge.

(3)By bank transfer. We will offer you the bank account by Email

3. If you have sent the payment, please tell us and send the bank transfer receipt or bill to us by fax: 008675584526496, or scan it and send by Email to sales@danyanghk.com. We will arrange the preparation of your cargo as soon as we receive your bank transfer bill. Please provide your exact name, address, postcode and phone No. so that we can send your cargo out quickly and exactly!

4. We will send your cargo out as soon as we get your payment and inform you the tracking Number or bill of lading as soon as we get it.

5. When you get the cargo, please check if the package is in good condition and test the machine when you get it.

6. If you have any problem in using the machine, please send Email to sales@danyanghk.com

7. our warranty for machines is:  

I. One week to return the money, if you can't use the machine.

II. Six month main parts can be replaced.
